I was applying for a Partnership visa, and due to my specific circumstances where my partner was ill and awaiting surgery, Covid lockdowns and my previous visa reaching the end of its length. As a result my case was extremely complicated and I wasn't sure if I was possible I could get a visa as I fell short of all the requirements. After talking to Citizen's Advice with them finding the case too complex for them and other immigration solicitor's not willing or able to deal with the case. After looking up on Google for solicistors who deal with complicated cases I came across Mr Hassan. I'm grateful that everything could be done remotely via video/phone calls and emails, it saved a lot of expenses in travel as Mr Hassan's practice was quite a distance away from where we were. I felt like the quality of service did not suffer as a result and everything was conveyed as clearly as it would've been in person. Despite relying on the ambiguity of extenuating circumstances and the European Charter of Human Rights for our case Mr Hassan had come through with a strict deadline we were successful on the first attempt and did not have to appeal. I would definitely recommend Mr Hassan for any immigration issues, I would doubly so for anything complex cases.
