I recently had an urgent situation where my wife's UK spouse visa was about to expire in just one day, and I had not realized that it would expire so soon. Thankfully, I contacted WH Solicitors, a UK immigration law specialist, and I am so glad that I did. Despite the time-sensitive nature of the situation, WH Solicitors took on our case at the last minute and quickly got to work on it. They made legal representations on our behalf, arguing that at the date of our application, my wife did not meet the English language requirement of level A2. However, by the time my wife attended the biometric enrollment, she had passed the A2 English test. I was very impressed with the way WH Solicitors handled our case. The legal arguments they put forward were convincing and well-presented, and I was pleased to hear that the Home Office decision maker accepted them. As a result, my wife was granted a 5-year partner visa route, which was a huge relief for us. We were concerned that either the application would be refused or that my wife would be placed on a 10-year partner visa route. Overall, I cannot recommend WH Solicitors highly enough. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. I am so grateful for their help and support, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone in need of immigration law assistance.
