First time : I instructed Fehmina Farani in ......when she made a successful application as an extended family member of EEA national. Second time instructions to her: I had few change of circumstances in my visa conditions and it was a time when my EEA extended family member visa was in problem and I was stuck and questioned at the airport. I was removable and detainable. All of my rights were restricted and retained by the Home Office. My visa and appeal right were under non-suspensive regime. She engaged a highly qualified barrister and sorted it out in few weeks. My visa was corrected and reissued with new conditions. Third time instructions to Fehmina: I instructed her for my parents entry clearance application which was refused previously. First time I made this application but it was refused. Second time she did my application and it was granted. And only because of her professional support I was blessed to invite and meet my parents in the UK. Fourth time instructions: Finally, She made an application for me for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK. Ofcourse it was successful. Due to her knowledge and professionalism this application was succeeded smoothly without any kind of hassle. So far she helped me on all of my legal matters which have been successful. I am not only thankful to her but also proud of her. I would recommend her services to anyone with full confidence.
