I found WH Solicitors on a Facebook group. Looking at others asking for help from other non legal members I thought why not go straight to the lawyer himself. I booked a consultation thinking I met all the requirements. But I didn't! One of the things was that as I was still legally married to my ex wife even though I gave an Islamic divorce. So my marriage to my wife in pakistan according to uk law was not valid as a polygamous marriage. My wife and I were shocked !!! Waleed told me other issues but he told me to how to correct those. My wife and me were under huge stress. What do we do now!. We did not want to wait or look at other options especially there is a 6 months waiting decision. I wanted to be with my wife. So as waleed was honest and told him me. He gave suggestions and telling me of risk. But I had faith in his ability as he was able to pick up on my marriage point. With his help and a very to point legal cover letter, the entry officer accepted and given my wife a visa! Had I done the application myself my wife case would have been refused for sure. It was a great investment to spend £99 video meeting and then asking waleed to help me. I can see why he has recieved other great reviews. My tip to others from what i learnt.. get the right advice from the beginning and WH Solicitors are the the one to go to.
