Talk of a case that lasted 2 years (2021-2023) but felt like a lifetime...... It all started in 2021 when I applied for a visitor’s visa for my father to attend my civil wedding and it got declined on the basis that the Home Office did not believe that my father would return to his country of residency. This left me so devastated as it's every little girl's dream to have her father walk her down the aisle especially haven grown up with just my father & considering how close we are.
