Law firms ranked by client reviews

In England, disclosure of documents involves obtaining and sharing relevant papers and electronic materials as part of civil litigation, guided by the Civil Procedure Rules and Practice Directions. A solicitor drafts requests for production, responds to opponents’ disclosure requests, and negotiates the scope and timing of disclosure, including privilege issues and any proportionality concerns. They may assist with requests to third parties, manage electronic discovery, and prepare for hearings on disclosure disputes.

Neelam Trikha

Tagged solicitor Neelam Trikha

Lease extension - The phrase “due diligence” is often loosely used however, in my opinion, this phrase was created to uniquely describe Neelam Trikha of Amphlett Lissimore. This lady is an absolute “rotweiller” for detail and made the process of extending a lease on a property painless and affordable, considering the unexpected extensive work involved. This lady will not leave a stone unturned and proved so locating essential missing paperwork that had been buried in archives for over 30 years. Her attention to detail in reviewing a rather antiquated original lease, prior to the extension application, was breathtaking. There were no wasteful expensive emails, just a telephone call, in plain simple language to explain any progress and plans. If you want something done with confidence and ultimately finely tuned results, Neelam should be your first port of call.
