      would highly recommend Qaisar Sheikh, solicitor, for anyone dealing with Special Educational Needs (SEN) cases. Qaisar stepped in in February, after my daughter had been out of school since September. From the outset, he was decisive, knowledgeable, and entirely focused on securing what my daughter was legally entitled to. Within few weeks, he successfully pushed the council to take action and my daughter was back in education. Following this, he and his team represented us at Tribunal, where we won the case against the council. The council was found to have acted unlawfully across all areas, and as a result, my daughter was finally granted a permanent placement that could — and did — meet her needs. If you are facing delays, unlawful decisions, or a lack of action from a local authority, I would strongly recommend Qaisar Sheikh and his firm for Special Educational Needs matters and more. Up to this day I’m so grateful he worked on my daughter‘s case and to this day I still run to him for advice when encounter issues.
