      In October 2023 I had an accident on a cruise line and due to the discomfort and pain I experienced over the following months my husband suggested we should consult a solicitor with a view to claiming redress. Apart from when we purchased our home we have never had any dealings with solicitors so our first action was to google "solicitors Cardiff area," one of the first names to appear was "Mooneerams" and as the reports on them were favourable we decided to call them The first person we spoke to was a pleasant young man called Rhys Pugh, who took his time to get the relevent information, he stated he would pass on the information and somebody would call us back within 24 hours. The following morning Gareth Edwards called us and after getting some further information, confirmed that he considered that we had a good case and he would be happy to represent us. I must say that Gareth was very thourough covering all aspects of the claim and every question we put to him was answered entirely to our satisfaction. The claim has now been settled and we are very pleased with the result. We cannot praise Gareth enough he was always available on the end of the phone and the advice he gave was faultless. My husband and I wholeheartedly reccomend Mooneerams and in particular Gareth Edwards
