Jeremy provided us with excellent legal services in a complex transaction purchasing a property in Berkshire. The previous owners had run a business from the property but had not applied for change of use back to completely residential when the business closed down. Together with planning applications that could not be proved by the owners, this led to a complex legal situation. Jeremy was very helpful and knowledgeable and very fast in his responses which was really appreciated. It all led thankfully to a successful completion.
