Sarah Workman recently helped us with purchasing our first property together. She was hugely helpful, made everything absolutely clear and straight forward even for beginners. They are completely transparent with their fees and what stage the process is at. Even during the mayhem that was lock down and a huge rush on housing sales due to the stamp duty holiday Sarah was prompt and responsive, always getting back to us within 24 hours when I know many people were waiting well over a week to hear back from their solicitor. She managed to get us into our property within a tight deadline despite complicating factors such as a vendor who lives in New Zealand and a very complex set of deeds. Came about this solicitors when my Dad passed away to sort out his affairs and my mums will , others solicitors couldnt fit us in til after easterwhich in my time frame was to long to wait , Sarah Darby was absolutley superb with my mum and with us , she made us feel at ease and simplified the details which i imagined would be a complicated process , the whole team at the Nuneaton office are polite and professional , so much so we did our will aswell .
