Top 10 of 19 law firms for Sale of Property, Housing & Property | Taunton, Somerset

Louise Langabeer and her team of Kim Pearce and Sharon Nicholls have dealt with 3 house purchases and 2 house sales for me over the last 9 years. Louise is not only highly professional and effective but also has an excellent communication ability and retains a good sense of humour (as do her team). It has been a pleasure to engage them and to work with them. I would not say "Tenacious" ( it can smack of aggression ?) but certainly "Determined" in getting results.

We used Amicus Law for the recent sale of our house and purchase of our new property here in Minehead. David Chapman and his team provided excellent service. They dealt with everything very quickly and kept us fully informed at every stage. David was always available to answer any queries or concerns. He worked hard at the end to make sure we completed on the given day as there was a problem further down the chain. I would recommend Amicus Law and would certainly use them again.

Kirsty was great at dealing with both the buying and selling of my house. She would community via emails quickly and get back to me within hours. She made sure that things were dealt with efficiently and overall made the house selling and buying experience much smoother.
