Winston Solicitors helped me.deal with my mum's estate after she passed away, including the sale of her house and the setting up of a trust for her grandkids. I found them to be helpful and professional at all times, responding quickly to emails and laying out clearly the options and next steps. Probate came through quicker than I expected, and while the sale of the house took longer (due to the buyers dragging their feet), I always felt that the team had my back. We eventually got the sale over the line, and I am very grateful to Monika, Abby, Laura, Kate, and everyone else who supported us in getting a series of difficult jobs completed. I would certainly recommend their services to others.

We recently completed the probate of our parents estate with Poole Alcock Solicitors and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Although the whole process took two and a half years to settle due due to its complexity, the team was absolutely incredible throughout. They were very kind, supportive and consistently hard working and took 100% responsibility of the estate, which gave us peace of mind during the difficult time. Losing both of our parents was difficult enough without the stress of legal paperwork. Working in the finance industry myself I work with hundreds of solicitors firms and I must say that ASL is the only firm worth considering. I have worked with ASL professionally as well as personally (They are my own solicitor of choice for personal matters) Consistent everytime, proactive communication, fantastic at keeping you involved with what is happening and what the next steps are, thrive on solving problems and making things work for you. Set your needs at the beginning and ASL will prioritise them to fit with the process. Don’t even bother with other solicitor firms, there isn’t even a close 2nd place. The industry is known for long drawn out processes and solicitors being slow whilst using their jargon to confuse you. If every solicitors worked like ASL then the industry would be known for speed and service level. Can’t rate them enough and will never use another solicitor. Massive thanks to Waqar and the team!
