We recently completed the probate of our parents estate with Poole Alcock Solicitors and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Although the whole process took two and a half years to settle due due to its complexity, the team was absolutely incredible throughout. They were very kind, supportive and consistently hard working and took 100% responsibility of the estate, which gave us peace of mind during the difficult time. I used Paul to draft my Will which was relatively complex because I wished it to create, if necessary, a vulnerable person trust for my wife who is in 24 hour nursing care and unable to look after herself. I then wished the residual estate to be divided between family and other personal beneficiaries and charitable bequests. Paul took great care to understand my wishes and then to explain the draft Will and associated Letter of Wishes. All done speedily and sympathetically.

This is the third time I have used Taylor and Emmet for my house conveyancing and overall I was equally happy with this experience. I did have some early frustration with trying to find the right person to answer a query I had. While I understand the increased efficiency of completing forms online, I had to try several different times to find someone who could answer my question about whether I could proceed even though the vendor had not obtained probate in order to sell the property. However, after that the work was completed smoothly and efficiently and I was kept informed during the exchange and completion phase of the transaction.
