My wife and I wanted to alter our wills and as we were new to the area we asked a local estate agent for a recommendation. She recommended us to Smith & Co and accordingly arranged for Victoria Hosking to call us. We were then sent out an information sheet and questionnaire, when Victoria understood what we were looking to achieve. That was completed and returned and we were then contacted by Zeenat Pasha who then took us through our options. She was clearly very knowledgeable, which we appreciated, but we had some very simple requirements and accordingly, following our conversation, she sent through draft Wills for us to approve. These are exactly as we wanted them and the whole arrangement took only a few weeks. I have to say also that the costs were very acceptable.
