We recently needed advice regarding our wills. My husband is terminally ill and undergoing palliative hospice care at home. Unfortunately, due to his condition deteriorating so quickly, we were anxious to place Inheritance Act Statements on our wills which we had been intending to do for a long time, but never actioned it.
