My husband passed away and I retrieved his will from his solicitor, who informed me it was straight forward. Two years later I was going through the process of selling our house and I contacted Stetfords, after a reccomendation . They handled the sale of my house and the purchase of my new one. During this process I was informed that his affairs had to go to probate. I was so upset. I was immeadiately reassured when I was introduced to Susanne White. She video called and was absolutely brilliant. Very reassuring and fully understanding. She advised me and acted straight away. During the process she kept me up to date and remarkably, made sure nothing held up the sale of one house and the purchase of my new one. I would highly recommend her. She is a caring, pro active lady and also explains every detail in a very understang way.

This is the third time I have used Taylor and Emmet for my house conveyancing and overall I was equally happy with this experience. I did have some early frustration with trying to find the right person to answer a query I had. While I understand the increased efficiency of completing forms online, I had to try several different times to find someone who could answer my question about whether I could proceed even though the vendor had not obtained probate in order to sell the property. However, after that the work was completed smoothly and efficiently and I was kept informed during the exchange and completion phase of the transaction.

This is the fourth time I’ve gone to Judge and Priestley for conveyancing and I really cannot recommend them highly enough. The first two times were with Louise (Beckenham office) and the last two times with Kavitha (Bromley office). My husband and I had a particularly challenging purchase this last year - a probate property, which suffered numerous delays and a really difficult / disorganised solicitor on the seller's side. After almost 11 months of waiting, we finally received news that the probate was granted…but our mortgage offer was due to run out in less than a month and the whole purchase was in danger of falling through. Kavitha and her team were absolutely on it. They were so organised and worked quickly to make sure everything was ready…and I’m so happy to say we completed in time! Kavitha and her team gave us peace of mind throughout the whole process. They were not only professional and very responsive, but personable at the same time, which made all the difference to a difficult purchase. There’s a lot to think about when moving house. With Judge and Priestley, I felt we had at least one less worry off our minds and I would recommend them without hesitation.

The task of becoming an executor whilst dealing with personal Bereavement is one of the most stressful things in life. The appointment of the right person to guide you through it is crucial. Expediency, professionalism and confidence in that person's ability that is everything. When mixed with a good helping of kindness and compassion it's a winning formula. Never having used Paul Robinson before it was a leap of faith but following completion of my late father's estate I have no hesitation in recommending Elizabeth Hall at Paul Robinson who made my personal journey so very much easier. I can't praise her highly enough.
