We recently completed the probate of our parents estate with Poole Alcock Solicitors and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Although the whole process took two and a half years to settle due due to its complexity, the team was absolutely incredible throughout. They were very kind, supportive and consistently hard working and took 100% responsibility of the estate, which gave us peace of mind during the difficult time. Losing both of our parents was difficult enough without the stress of legal paperwork. The probate service received from Nimalee Bastian-Carter at Judge and Priestley has been excellent from start to finish. She is a very professional solicitor who is also polite and kind thus making this difficult process much easier to deal with for all the Executors/family. Any questions we had were always addressed to our satisfaction and on a timely basis. Judge and Priestley, from my experience, have well established procedures and excellent staff to provide a smooth probate service.
