Doing a will is always something you should do, but always never seem to get around. Dealing with Emma and her team opened my eyes that getting proper legal and professional advice on this strange, but necessary task is imperative. This is the third time I have used Taylor and Emmet for my house conveyancing and overall I was equally happy with this experience. I did have some early frustration with trying to find the right person to answer a query I had. While I understand the increased efficiency of completing forms online, I had to try several different times to find someone who could answer my question about whether I could proceed even though the vendor had not obtained probate in order to sell the property. However, after that the work was completed smoothly and efficiently and I was kept informed during the exchange and completion phase of the transaction.

I made a new Will and arranged for an asset search to be set in motion The Will was completed satisfactorily in a timely manner I have received a report regarding the asset search but the matter is still ongoing and I am likely to need some further assistance Setting up the asset search did not go entirely smoothly because the solicitor had not previously done a search for a living person and was not fully familiar with what was required in those circumstances, but she did seem able to learn from her mistakes and I found her very intelligent and professional
