My wife and I would like to highlight the outstanding work that Ellena Balshaw did in the conveyancing of our property. She managed the original sale, when we moved into rental, and then the purchase of our new property. Ellena showed true ownership throughout, demonstrating excellent communication skills, always getting back to us, staying late at times and working over the weekend to meet deadlines. She has excellent knowledge in the subject matter and we cannot praise her highly enough; we will always go back to Herrington Carmichael and ask for Ellena to manage and future purchases.
