We recently completed the probate of our parents estate with Poole Alcock Solicitors and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Although the whole process took two and a half years to settle due due to its complexity, the team was absolutely incredible throughout. They were very kind, supportive and consistently hard working and took 100% responsibility of the estate, which gave us peace of mind during the difficult time. Back in 2013 I agreed to be the executor of my late brother-in-law's Will, not realising how difficult and complicated, and how much work was involved, not having any experience in these matters. Our solicitor Kate Pambos was there to help, she took over sorting out the various bank accounts, and utility bills that had to be paid. The was also a property to be sold, which was taken over by Henna Lynch, one of Kate's colleagues at OWC. There was also a property in Tenerife to be sold, Kate was not involved with this but gave me good advice on how to proceed. I am very impressed by the service provided to me by Kate and OWC and will certainly use them again should the need arise.
