Whilst contacting Maitland and Walker, first impressions when speaking to the receptionist was welcoming, warm and friendly. I explained my reasons for the call and how I was recommended by my financial advisor and a friend to see Anna Neil. The receptionist then placed my call with Lee Lock, whom was equally welcoming, warm and friendly. I explained that my husband and myself needed to have a new Will written but was unsure about what type of Will was needed. We chatted for a while, Lee took our details and emailed information for us to read and think about, before our meeting with Anna. Forms were sent also, needing lots of information. Lee was super helpful and thorough, in preparation for our meeting. Our planned meeting with Anna Neil, again, was equally welcoming, warm and friendly. Anna was professional and extremely knowledgable. Anna listened and gave honest advice, with reasons why our particular Will was best suited to our needs, helping us decide more easily about what Will to have written. Anna made us feel valued and at ease, making the whole experience feel less formal and more human. Both myself, and my husband felt really positive, without any doubts about decisions made in our will after our meeting with Anna. It was a pleasure to meet the team at Maitland and Walker, we will definitely use this firm for any future work needed from now on. We are super happy.
