David Coupe has been mine and my family’s solicitor since he was a young man. His relaxed, affable personality makes him an empathetic person with whom to engage in legal matters. For us he has dealt with a wide variety of issues-conveyancing ,adoption, Wills probate, divorce, and Trusts, always with professional efficiency and focused speed. Correspondence and emails are answered and dealt with promptly as are telephone calls. The speed of getting probate, settling a Will and completing conveyancing have been exemplary. We have been delighted to have him acting for us and never had any complaints. Now that Gadsden Coupe has succeeded his previous work we have stayed with David, having faith in his other colleagues there. Recently David and Olivia Shipp have dealt with matters involving Trusts, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Whether meetings are face to face or by telephone, David has the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear way that the layman can understand. We have total confidence in him, not least because he has always worked hard in keeping up to date with changes in the law, especially complex issues like Trusts and investments/finance.
