From our Livingston office at Fairways Business Park we advise clients across West Lothian on divorce, separation, child residence and contact, financial provision and cohabitation matters, resolving cases by negotiation and Minute of Agreement wherever possible, and representing clients in court where it is not.

Brian squeezed a return call between his other appointments and gave clear and constructive guidance on my situation and recommended how to proceed. He was prepared to accelerate work over the holiday period to ensure that my claim did not time out, for which I am hugely grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend - it's very reassuring to know I can reach out in future (even while hoping that the need does not arise!).

I contacted Rooney Family Law to help me with my divorce. Brian, Margaret and all the team at Rooney Family Law were extremely helpful with a really difficult divorce. They helped me through all the difficult legal processes of the divorce. They kept me informed all throughout the divorce with any help and advice I needed.
