Initial advice given seemed good from Hardeep. The administrative stage was awful. Letter sent to the wrong address, then the letter was sent to the right address with wrong names and details included within the letter. It took x3 attempts to send the letter containing the correct information to reach the correct address. Then lack of response from the company after the letter was sent was poor. Miss Hardeep Sodhi really needs to make a formal apology to me and my family. I have now turned to another solicitor company, who has reinstalled my faith within the solicitor industry. Cape hill solicitors, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I gave you alot of money in good faith and you didn't act professionally and diligently!
