My solicitor was Zoe and she was amazing, constantly providing updates without having to request and the purchase went through seamlessly. I did not even have to chase for an update. I would just like to say my experience with Mason & was first class. So professional but also made you feel like they really cared and you weren’t just a number but a person they took the time to get to know. Everything was dealt with and they were very through. Sarah and George were amazing throughout my divorce process and I always felt supported by them and at times it was really hard but I had them by my side throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Mason and twice now for my home moves and I will use them again when the time comes.

We needed help dealing with some very difficult individuals and circumstances, they were approachable, professional, helpful and clear with the action required and really helped us navigate through our situation which gained us the best outcome and we succeeded.

I chose Mason and when my Uncle of Eighty Seven died suddenly ,and being his executor ,I was suddenly immersed in all the duties associated with that job.
The house sale seemed straightforward but not having been in that position for many years I was pleased to have someone who I could talk to to do the conveyancing.......... very helpful.
I was kept up to date on all matters and Debbie Hawkins and her team smoothed out the many wrinkles which always seen to come up .
Cost was within there stated quotation ,and in all other respects conscientiously discharged their duties
I can happily recommended them .

Zoe at Mason and Beer took over the conveyancing for a property which I was purchasing after my previous solicitors closed down.
All the queries which I had were answered quickly and Zoe was really helpful and provided updates throughout the entire process so I wasn't in the dark about the status of my purchase.
Conveyancing costs were made clear from the start and I didn't have any unexpected charges at the end.
Amazing service, would highly recommend.

Abysmal service taking weeks on end to reply to extremely simple requests, making issues drag on for months on end that could be resolved in a matter of hours.
This ensures the customer is charged the absolute maximum for every step as well as they charge by the email / hour and ensure to turn what could be one simple email into a swathe of them, all at cost to you! - Good system! (For them).
Arrogant and rude approach to dealing with customers and they charge an absolute fortune for the pleasure.
Worst legal service I've ever encountered, with extremely rude, unhelpful and dismissive staff, we've had to report them to the ombudsman and still have an ongoing case to resolve after years of being on the receiving end of their 'service' , avoid at all costs unless you too want your legal matters to drag on to no end and cost you more than you ever could have imagined possible.
Truly an awful experience. I would not wish them upon my worst enemy.
