We used Innova Legal for our house purchase. This was the first time we have moved house, Dhiran, Laura and the team were fantastic throughout. Used Innova Legal to purchase our first home. We primarily dealt with Laura Suarez who was excellent throughout. Tasks were handled quickly and efficiently. In periods when progress slowed due to other parts of the chain, Laura chased up for us and provided weekly updates. Laura also provided support when we were confused with the process, including sorting out some mortgage questions directly with our mortgage broker, and clarifying property details with our seller's solicitor. Overall a very positive experience.
