Not happy at all, my shop premises is in disrepair order. Mr. Paul grant wasted seven months of time of done absolute nothing. He messed with instructing a standard barrister, messed of obtaining a simple report from a building surveyor, failure to do any progress, unsure what to do, he decided to go mediation first, then he remembered that he suppose to obtain some reports first, delay, i have to write the responses and he quotes from me to send to my opponent copy/paste. His works is unprofessional, ineffective, total waste of time. If your case related to commercial dispute, run away.
