Healthcare professional conduct dispute, professionally managed.

My experience with Paul Grant was of seamless professionalism and absolute humanity.
Mr Grant responded promptly to all contact I had with him, and even replied to a time pressing issue whilst he was on holiday.
He was reassuring, highly competent and transparent.
He responded ahead of schedule and this gave me time to process information and collaborate on final responses.
I would absolutely recommend Paul to anyone in a professional healthcare conduct dispute. His experience of both legal and healthcare aspects offers a unique and accurate insight to create appropriate and successful outcomes.

FULLY INCOMPETENT

Not happy at all, my shop premises is in disrepair order. Mr. Paul grant wasted seven months of time of done absolute nothing. He messed with instructing a standard barrister, messed of obtaining a simple report from a building surveyor, failure to do any progress, unsure what to do, he decided to go mediation first, then he remembered that he suppose to obtain some reports first, delay, i have to write the responses and he quotes from me to send to my opponent copy/paste. His works is unprofessional, ineffective, total waste of time. If your case related to commercial dispute, run away.

Careless, slow, awful

Avoid at all cost. They are affordable, but it's not worth it. They are slow, careless, entitled, and they didn't seem to be well clued in, although my experience relates to property purchase, which seems to me like a very standard transaction for a solicitor to deal with. They have hindered the processes asking for extra documentation that wasn't necessary, and forgetting to inform us of crucial steps until the very last minute. This impacted on when we had access to the property, so it has caused additional expenses, which of course, they will not reimburse.
