Kevin has supported my wife and I on number of previous property purchases and sales in London. This situation was quite complex as it involved selling my mother's house for her via a power of attorney and purchasing her a new leasehold apartment nearby. Kevin managed the the process for us very smoothly, and we were able to complete on both properties on the same day. This minimised disruption for my elderly mother which was much appreciated.

Sale of my Mother's flat.

The sale of my Mother's flat was quite stressful as my sister who was arranging clearance of the flat insisted on a long period of time to complete clearance. I was concerned that the chain of transactions might collapse because of this. Also when the sale monies were transferred to my Mother's bank account, her bank couldn't tell me for quite a few days where the money had been placed.

I did use joe walker regarding a dispute of end of lease of our ex shop in Golders Green .
Joe was very professional and determined to help me get the statuary of demand against me removed and he did at the end from at total of £28,000 paid the other party including legal fees £5500
