Legal Services Review
I used Nicholas & Co for legal advice regarding a new property development. Both Philip Philipou and Costa Croustis that dealt with our case, have been very professional, yet at the same time quite approachable. The office is well organised and displayed brilliant legal knowledge when was needed. For anyone that is in need of first class legal service, I would recommend without any hesitation.

excellent service and judgement
I work with Philip for many years, he is always approachable, returns phone calls and provide excellent commercial advice on complicated commerical cases ranging from property, commercial and construction contentious and non contentious matters. He can be adversarial and commercial as the case requires, very diligent and thorough. What makes Philip different to other solicitors I work with is that he has a very commercial judgement.

Philip Philippou
Philip and his team have helped us on a number of matters and always work towards resolving issues promptly and with a commercial mindset. He seeks to avoid long drawn-out and costly proceedings on smaller issues but is not afraid and will not back down where a firmer approach is necessary. Philip is a pleasure to work with and highly recommend considering using both him and the firm more generally when representation is required.

Philip Philippou was excellent
Philip dealt with my property dispute with a family member. His advice was clear and he was helpful and understanding throughout the whole process and helped to settle my claim at mediation.

Property Litigation
