We perhaps chose the wrong time of year to go ahead with the purchase, which did result in a few delays, but despite this, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. He took great care in going through all the paperwork with us, making sure everything was clear and that we understood the process. Communication was good throughout, and we felt confident that everything was being dealt with properly. The absolute worst solicitor I have ever experienced and I've sold and purchased alot of properties. Some of the staff are stuck in the 80s and have no concept of living in 2024. Marios is death warmed up and needs to retire. He is incapable of doing his job. Nic the owner is unprofessional and has no management or customer service skills at all. I'm lost for words. DO NOT USE !
