Many thanks to Demetris for all his efforts in navigating both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our house. Throughout what was quite a laborious process with our buyers he kept us fully informed, kept driving the process forward, and provided us with sensible, calm advice at every stage.

After a short delay caused by misunderstanding (Demetris needed our formal agreement to proceed), the process of selling our house and purchasing another was handled efficiently and with much patience. We were in the middle of a long chain, and right up to the end it was touch and go whether we would be able to exchange contracts before the agreed completion date. As it was, there was a narrow two-day window between the two.Demetris kept his nerve and reassured us. Throughout the long process he kept us in touch with developments by email, although many of them were brief messages to other lawyers, copied to us, which were not always easy to understand.

I was super impressed with the excellent work and communication of both Miss Batsheba Seruya and Miss Kathryn Johnston who helped my client evict his tenants for non payment of rent. Both Miss Seruya and Miss Johnston were always available to take my calls and offer realistic advice on time lines to get these tenants out. Usually removing tenants takes 6 months from experience. These solicitors managed to do it in 4.5 months which is superfast! Thank you both for your excellent service.

Both Kypros and Costas have been fantastic from the start of our purchasing experience right up to the close.
Often working opposite a very slow, and difficult conveyance solicitor to work with, they still managed to get us completed before the SDLT change saving us thousands of pounds. We are enormously grateful for their dedication and commitment despite the circumstances.

I did use joe walker regarding a dispute of end of lease of our ex shop in Golders Green .
Joe was very professional and determined to help me get the statuary of demand against me removed and he did at the end from at total of £28,000 paid the other party including legal fees £5500
