Great Advice, Strong Support, Clear & Frequent Communication
Hello, I engaged with Belinda and Nick to buy a flat in Central London. Transaction was tricky due to a difficult agent, remote seller (based in Asia) and some potential breach of leases. Nick and Belinda navigated the situation wonderfully, they kept up the pace and the pressure to obtain the best outcome for me (i.e., the buyer). Highly recommended and would use them again.

Dilapidations and new lease negotiations.
Nick did an excellent job in both negotiating dilapidations with an outgoing tenant, and negotiating a new lease with an incoming tenant, particularly as the new tenants lawyer seemed to create many barriers that Nick had to overcome.

Leasehold enfranchisement - purchase of freehold
There was a very lengthy wrangle to bring this purchase of a freehold to a successful conclusion so I was very glad to have professional advice.
