Exceptional Service for Both My Sale and Purchase
Mr Jonathan Ingram acted as my solicitor for both the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new property, so I had the opportunity to experience his work across both processes within a very short space of time. He was absolutely fantastic throughout. Jonathan is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and always on top of every detail. He provided sound advice, explained matters clearly and showed great patience at every stage. Everything was completed promptly, and I never once needed to chase him for an update. In fact, he was consistently proactive in following up with the other parties to ensure that matters progressed on time. Buying and selling a home can be incredibly stressful, but Jonathan made the entire process feel remarkably smooth and manageable. His calm, efficient and reassuring approach meant that I did not experience the pressure and anxiety that can so often accompany a sale and purchase.
