Very well advised
Margo Skarparis helped me with the purchase of a flat in East Dulwich recently. The experience was positive. There was a slightly tricky issue with the transfer of a freehold title (that would eventually be split) and she came up with a sensible solution that was satisfactory to me and the seller. Would use Margo again and recommend her to any reader.

I am forever grateful to Margo and the Team for helping me and my wife to get this lovely house.The service is 100% perfect with a fast response, great customer service and people that go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect before sending off and forget all the other facts fastest completion i’ve ever seen that i was in this position at least 10 times beforeThey truly deserve the best Solicitor award,especially Margo. Positive outcome. Recommend
LLG was recommended to me by my broker Lisa who spoke very highly of the company and I knew I can trust her. Margo was assigned to my sale/purchase cases. Margo was always approachable and answered every question I had. She was always in touch with my purchase and sales agents, and they also said that LLG has been very clear, quick and easy to deal with. There were few minor misunderstandings which worried me at the beginning, but we managed to resolve those quickly. Most important, Margo was tenacious and was in continuous touch with other legal side to get things completed. Overall I would strongly recommend Margo and LLG.

Fantastic and informative
Margo and the team at Leadenhall were fantastic, they kept me updated through the entire house purchase process, informed me of any issues and had a good eye for any incorrect details. I would happily recommend and most importantly reuse there services if ever needed.

Outstanding attention to detail
Outstanding attention to detail, Margo Skarparis remained calm and professional at all times through what must be described as a ‘not straight forward’ conveyancing process. Margo’s constant attention to detail in all areas meant we were not compromised in any way. In fact due to her full diligence rather than issues, meant the process went along smoothly. Even at completion, when let down by other solicitors in the chain, Margo stepped up and sorted with some gusto. Can’t thank LLG enough, fully recommend them and would suggest you “ask for Margo”!

Amazing experience
Margo was extremely helpful answered all our questions. She was very patient with us even when we didn’t understand certain questions. Margo was amazing and very quick with the process of our purchase. She would give us clear advice and clear explanations. I definitely would recommend.

Great service.
Margo was really great, she was always on the other end of the phone.
It was a little expensive, incurred costs that wasn't pointed out.
