I am a solicitor with over 35 years post-qualification experience acquired in firms in London and Surrey. I am also a Resolution trained mediator. I handle a range of Family Law cases concerning separating couples. I deal with the financial aspects of relationship breakdown together with issues involving children whose parents are separated. I also deal with pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. I have a background in civil litigation which assists me in dealing with disputes concerning property owned by former cohabitees. As a Resolution member, I believe in dealing with Family Law matters in a non-confrontational way whilst pursuing an outcome which will place my clients in the best position to move on with their lives. I am the partner based at our Camberley and Guildford offices. We also have offices in a number of locations in South West London, Surrey and North East Hampshire and provide our services to businesses and individuals from around the area and beyond.
