I had to enlist legal representation for redundancy proceedings at my job and was recommended reaching out to Francesca. I had never been through this before and she was very clear and informative and laid out all the circumstances and options available to me.
I felt very comfortable and secure working with the team and communication was very prompt and efficient. Even when Francesca had to take some time off amidst the process, she still made sure that I was in the best place to proceed in her absence.
I hope to not need to be in a situation where I need legal action in regards to employment again, but I will be getting in touch with Francesca and the team right away if I do.
