At a time when stress levels are high, working with Karim has been a joy. He is efficient, thorough, willing to take time to explain and follow through with queries and, importantly, a kind and thoughtful person. When purchasing a property, it's invaluable to have someone so reliable by your side... he is worth every penny, I would whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone and if I ever buy or sell a house again (no rush!!), I'll be back.

I believe that it was only by speedy responses and professionalism from the solicitors that we were able to sell and buy a residential property within 8 weeks. Chris explained the process clearly, providing good advice and we were kept aware promptly the stages of buying and selling at all times.
