Expensive and slow
We used Morr and Co because our original solicitor's company was absorbed by them through successive takeovers.We were personal friends with the original owners. Morr couldn't offer that personal touch and although they worked hard for us tended towards accepting extra elements to the conveyancing procedure which of course drove up the costs. The purchasers solicitors were unhelpful which also hindered Morr's progress. Morr were civil and professional but unimpressive. The process took ages. Suzanne kindly made a home visit to try and push things along.

We were in safe hands
We engaged Karim to work on our sales and purchase of a leasehold house in Lancashire, from the very first call he was a pleasure to work with and we felt in safe hands. He showed great attention to detail, laying out issues clearly and helping us get to the right decisions. Very proactive and kept the pace up throughout the 12 weeks, we never felt as if nothing was happening and we received regular updates. Whenever we had questions (and there were a few!) he would take the time to explain it to us and put our minds at rest.
We would recommend Karim for your conveyancing, i don't think you could meet a nicer solicitor.

Karim is by FAR the best conveyancer we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
Super responsive, replying to emails same day, taking calls at 7:30am, always happy taking time to explain, never making us feel like we were asking an unreasonable question.
Super diligent and professional, thoroughly chasing down all the details, and dealing professionally with a rude and unresponsive conveyancer on the other side of the transaction.
We have dealt with 3 other conveyancers in the last 15 years and Karim is by FAR the best. Strongly recommend.
