I used Chris for the conveyancing regarding the sale of my parent's house and was very impressed by the service i received. Chris responded immediately to queries and took the trouble to actually call to keep me updated and informed throughout - giving clear, helpful explanations which were easy to understand - a refreshing change from any of my previous experiences. At the same time he remained extremely professional and his in depth knowledge and expertise were clearly apparent throughout. I am certain that his speedy and efficient handling of the sale greatly helped towards achieving completion and I would happily use his services again.

I was extremely impressed by the way in which Chris Zahner worked through the problematic and complex sale of my property. Christopher Zahner from Harrops and Hepburn handled the conveyancing on the sale and purchase of my properties. As my last move had been more than 20 years ago it was a very different process this time around and was particularly stressful as I was moving on my own rather than with the support of my husband who had passed away. Christopher was so helpful explaining things I didn’t understand and offering reassurance when I needed it. The sale had a few hiccups along the way, but we worked together and finally made it over the finish line.
