Efe was fantastic in running a process with our property. She kept me fully informed, responded to my calls and emails promptly and was fully transparent throughout her support. My initial dealings were with Natalie Payne who dealt with probate for my late partner, in a compassionate and friendly manner. The matter was then passed to Kellie Williams-Jauvel and Lachlan Woodrow who dealt with the issues and subsequent court case with clear advice and reassurance. I am now using the same company for the sale of my late partner's property

It was a simple experience with help and support as i needed it, and no continual chasing up for simple matters. The cost was not the cheapest, but there is enough stress moving, and using Gaia, and the others in Morr and Co made sure this was not added to. Great job, and thanks for your support

Worst professional experience I've had in some decades. They handled our father's probate and over charged us by 30% on quote (without telling us in advance) and took 3 times as long as they quoted. All the way through the process they were rude, unhelpful, slow and unresponsive. Particularly Ola Szymaniec our closing solicitor, who was rude and dismissive at every interaction, making an already difficult time that little bit more upsetting. She would be better suited to a career that doesn't include any people interactions. Would never use this firm again.

The process of getting my will drafted two years ago was a nightmare. The associate solicitor at Morr was not competent and should have been supervised, but we got there in the end although I completely lost trust and confidence in the firm. I rarely leave bad reviews. As far as I was concerned, I wasn't going to go near that firm again and I had a will. Prompted, however, by something I read recently I looked at my will again and was appalled, hence the review. There is a glaring mistake that would cost something in the region of at least £12,000 in inheritance tax were I to leave it as is. I am now having my will re written by a competent firm.
