Nicole then worked briefly in family law before choosing to specialise in residential property. She specialises in the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, Transfers of Equity and re-mortgages.

Excellent advice and support during the process of selling Mum's house

From the very start I received a quick, friendly response to my initial enquiry to find a local conveyancing solicitor. The rates were fair and throughout the long process to sell my Mum's house, some distance away, I was kept well informed and given excellent advice and support by my solicitor and her assistant.

My solicitor for looking after my property purchase was Ms Nicole Lush. I have previous experience with Ms Lush on two other properties which she had undertaken successfully for me when she was with Hart Brown Solicitors in Woking. Due to my complete trust and understanding with Ms Lush, I transferred my last property purchase from Hart Brown to Morr & Co. just because of Ms Lush. I will not hesitate to appoint Ms Lush again should I need her services again.

We couldn't have asked for a better conveyancing solicitor - Nicole was responsive and helpful at all times. I was always able to get hold of her and she was constantly chasing other parts of the chain on our behalf. Couldn't recommend Hart Brown highly enough!

We have been in the process of selling our late Father and Mother in Laws house over the past few months and from the outset it was evident that this was a complex case that needed the utmost attention to detail. I have used Hart Brown in a recent house purchase. I have found David Knapp and Nicole Lush to be unfailingly polite and courteous in all dealings and correspondences.

The purchase was well advanced before the start of the pandemic. Through their help and dedication the purchase was completed. Without this help the purchase could very easily have fallen through. They have provided this service during very difficult times and in very difficult circumstances. MB
