We put our house on the market just before going to Australia to house sit for 2 months - Julie got all of the things that needed to be done in person sorted before we set off - and by the time we got back the process had reached the exchange stage - the time difference proved to be no obstacle - just what we needed

Following serious issues with my employer, the prospect of seeking professional advice seemed daunting. However, my interactions with Morr & Co were nothing but positive and their swift and helpful responses put my mind at ease. Emma was fantastic, she was highly professional and explained all my options clearly and took the time to review my case at length. She was open to all questions, and the service delivered from start to finish by all members of the team was warm and friendly. I would certainly use Morr & Co again!

I am a trustee of a registered charity. We needed to sell a nursery school and had no idea what we were doing. We didn't even understand the money laundering process needed. We had used Morr & Co for different issues so decided to go to them.
Thank goodness we did, as the sale was not straight forward. Ben and Adele were amazing and helped us through every stage - keeping us informed - explaining everything clearly. I cannot thank them enough as without their patience I don't think the sale would have been completed.

I had to find a new lawyer very quickly - as my first lawyer dealing with my conveyancing fell ill during the week of exchange - and a friend recommended Julie at Morr & Co. I was hesitant as other recommendations from friends had proven misguided. However, after spending 3 months with Julie working through the treacle-like challenges for my leasehold flat purchase, I would definitely vouch for her calm, competence and determined nature. I really doubt I would be sitting in my new flat today if I had gone with other lawyers recommended. Her persistent, consistent approach to the sellers' lawyers, managing agent, and estate agent was worth every penny paid.
