Selling a Commercial Property - When you haven't got a clue.
I am a trustee of a registered charity. We needed to sell a nursery school and had no idea what we were doing. We didn't even understand the money laundering process needed. We had used Morr & Co for different issues so decided to go to them.
Thank goodness we did, as the sale was not straight forward. Ben and Adele were amazing and helped us through every stage - keeping us informed - explaining everything clearly. I cannot thank them enough as without their patience I don't think the sale would have been completed.

Over the years we have had the pleasure of using Morr & Co. I have dealt with Ms Sarah Sarwar and her assistant Grace Salmon. I cannot praise these ladies enough, specially Ms Sarwar. She listened to all our needs and advised us accordingly. Ms Sarwar is very professional and answered all our questions. I highly recommend Morr & Co, especially Ms Sarwar for anyone seeking legal services

Extremely disappointed and totally overpriced, was paying £375 plus VAT an hour for advice etc and was informed they were not comfortable completing a simple court form and would require a junior barrister. Overall quote came in at circa £50k, plus we were charged for obtaining the quote - unbelievable. In the end completed the form myself within a a couple of hours sent off with a cheque for £100 to the court, everything professing very nicely. Have now closed the account. Had no personal response or heard anything from them other than the automated legal jargon from them…. Not a good experience at all… plus from initial meeting always had to chase and never achieved agreed target timelines…..

Elizabeth was so helpful and supportive from start to finish in providing me with clear and knowledgeable advice when my employer was treating me badly and it was looking like it would end in a constructive dismissal or settlement case.
It was a very distressing and anxious time for me and Elizabeth was very understanding, empathetic and it felt comforting knowing she had my best interests at the forefront.
Elizabeth was efficient, turning around everything very quickly and even having to correct the employers solicitors mistakes which evidences her attention to detail.
She always went back professionally and concisely and with excellent legal knowledge putting us in a more favourable position.

I have contacted Morr Law multiple times in regards to a property I purchased. They acted as the seller's solicitors. They never replied to my emails nor gave any indications my questions / demands from the sellers were forwarded. Very unprofessional and unethical.

I had to find a new lawyer very quickly - as my first lawyer dealing with my conveyancing fell ill during the week of exchange - and a friend recommended Julie at Morr & Co. I was hesitant as other recommendations from friends had proven misguided. However, after spending 3 months with Julie working through the treacle-like challenges for my leasehold flat purchase, I would definitely vouch for her calm, competence and determined nature. I really doubt I would be sitting in my new flat today if I had gone with other lawyers recommended. Her persistent, consistent approach to the sellers' lawyers, managing agent, and estate agent was worth every penny paid.
