Family and corporate matters

The Family and Corporate Team were absolutely brilliant, they were very supportive, down-to-earth, when giving advice, honest with outcomes, they listen for detail, they work within the given budget and in case, unforeseen costs arise, they communicate immediately to set or change the priorities. I cannot recommend both of 'my Teams' highly enough.

Financial Dispute Resolution and Court Hearing

My experience during this very difficult and protracted time has been excellent throughout. I have felt reassured and confident that my interests are paramount and nothing was too much trouble to enable me to obtain the best possible resolution. I have been kept fully informed and updated and any questions I needed to ask or things I wasn't sure about have been answered in layman's terms and with patience either by email or phone. This I found invaluable. My Solicitor, Jemma Durham, has been friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable while remaining totally professional. I have always felt I was in safe hands. The actual court hearing I found very stressful but I was put at ease at every possible opportunity. As the hearing progressed everything was explained clearly and I felt confident, supported and nothing was too much trouble to help me feel comfortable on a personal level which again was invaluable. During the hearing her knowledge, expertise and professionalism shone. I could not have been happier.
