Very Satisfied

Excellent service provided by Gaia Dart
Gaia was professional, efficient, assertive (when required) and was happy to answer my questions. I was selling my late mother's property so I really appreciated Gaia's empathic manner. I would definitely use Gaia again for conveyancing.

Excellent and attentive
Gaia was always attentive and communicated throughout the transaction, which so often is not the case. The sale went smoothly on the legal side, thanks to her spotting potential issues early and dealing with them well. When she was not available, she always ensured proper cover was provided. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
