What initially looked like a straightforward purchase became a battle with sellers solicitors and I am SO happy I had Gaia Dart representing me! She was communicative, responsive and by far the most professional person in our chain. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gaia, and Morr &Co to anyone. I am fairly sure that without her expertise (and persistence!) I would not now be in my house…

Gaia was exceptional, she was proactive in supporting my sale and purchase. She responded to my calls and emails promptly and actively pursued the estate agents and other solicitors. Alexa picked up my transactions when Gaia was away.

Gaia and the rest of the team were fantastic. Gaia managed to help us fix something that threatened to derail the whole sale. She really went above and beyond to help us with difficult aspects of both our sale and purchase.

Gaia was absolutely fantastic. Always contactable, knowledgeable and never made us feel like we were being a nuisance. Dealt with a poor quality solicitor in our chain and did things to speed bits up where she could. A little bit more expensive than you typical 'estate agent recommended commision based' solicitor but worth every single penny.
