Catherine joined our Company and Commercial Department in May 2019. Her expertise is in acquisitions & disposals, management buyouts, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and commercial tie-ups generally. She acts for companies, businesses and individuals with a particular focus on owner-managed businesses. Catherine joined Linklaters on qualification and then moved to Andersen Legal before spending the last 15 years as a partner in the corporate team at Charles Russell Speechlys. In her spare time, she enjoys walking and spending time with her family.
