With previous experience in major international law firms, assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, investment funds formation, and initial public offerings, he assists Partners James Conduit and Euan McLaughlin in transactional commercial work. His diverse knowledge equips him to assist on a wide array of corporate matters, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive legal support. Jeffrey is a native Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese speaker.
