Nobody can prepare you for the impact of being thrown into the family court process. Before being represented by Jessica and her team at Sills & Betteridge, I felt petrified and completely out of my depth.

Whilst of course, the knowledge and experience offered by Jessica was second to none, I have to highlight the importance the support had on my well-being overall. I can’t even begin to describe the difference this has made to me, and whilst the situation was one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced, my representation by Jessica, made me feel safe and confident, two feelings I’ve not experienced in a very long time.

Thought the process of selling my inherited parents bungalow to my nephew would be quick and simple; not requiring all the normal process of house sales as he knows the property as well as me and was buying it whatever at a price we had agreed. However I seem to have to go through the same process as anyone sale - the sort of, is the cooker included and is it built in or freestanding etc. This wasn't as I expected; and had to all be done on line rather than doing it at the solicitors as I guess is the modern way.
