I wanted to email to email and highlight my gratitude for the services Martin Walsh provided me throughout my case. This was an extremely emotive time and I was undergoing a lot of testing and health concerns, Martin was very compassionate and empathetic throughout. I feel Martin is very caring, friendly and approachable in his manner, helping me to feel able to approach him about anything involving the case.
Martin was always available when I needed his advice and happy to answer any questions I had promptly. Martin’s experience and knowledge of the law is exceptional, this was clear throughout the case, especially when challenging errors made by the other party and in resolving the matter proactively. Martin was assertive and direct, when responding to the other party, who is a very challenging character, this approach was definitely needed.
I would highly recommend Martin and intend to use his services again when required.

Huge and grateful thanks to Mat and his team for getting what turned out to be an incredibly difficult transaction over the line. This was the fourth attempt to purchase (the other three failing their surveys, etc.) and sell my own. One particular set of solicitors was completely non-communicative and, despite numerous attempts by Mat to extract information from them over the course of months, they delayed the process immeasurably and caused real problems, even up to the day before the agreed completion. Mat has been absolutely fantastic throughout. He has kept his cool (and mine) and explained the process at every step. How he stayed so calm in the circumstances is beyond me! Mat is clearly an expert in his field, having to advise the other solicitors what to do at times. I would not have trusted any other firm of solicitors to do what Mat has done. He is superb, and I cannot recommend him enough. Give the guy a pay rise, he absolutely deserves it!!
