I’m so glad to have found Sills and Betteridge after trying to find some solicitors who would take on my claim. It was a handy location on the bus route and I quite enjoyed travelling to places I’d never normally visit in Lincolnshire. Laura was very supportive and informative on my initial approach and I did not feel any pressure to proceed (or not) with the claim. Once I had made the decision to proceed I was guided through the process in a kind and efficient manner with regular, pertinent updates and relevant options. I recently instructed Sills & Betteridge for the conveyancing of my aunt's property sale. Not living in Lincolnshire, I had no knowledge of any legal practices in the area, but the reviews were good so I requested a quote which was very acceptable.

An utterly reprehensible firm.
I have reasonable cause to believe that a will/probate that is being handled by this firm is of a 'questionable nature'?
I am also engaged with another firm of solicitors who are handling another probate, regarding a family member associated with the one of whom I am trying make enquiries, of this firm.
I have now rung them on three separate occasions and tried to provide information relating to my concerns and not been contacted back. Also, the other firm of solicitors engaged on the other family members probate has tried to communicate with them and received no response?
I find this both curious? and unprofessional, given that there are a number of suspicious circumstances surrounding this matter.
My intention now, after previously speaking with Lincolnshire Police is to pursue this matter through the same, engage a private investigator and given the reprehensible attitude that I have been shown, report this firm to their professional body, for further investigation.
For the record: This matter could have easily been resolved some time ago by way of a short conversation that did not breach data protection and given the suspicions that I and other professionals have regarding this matter it may have been prudent to take note of my input, as there are clearly 'irregularities' in this matter that need to be resolved?
In conclusion, this firm have given me very little alternative but to press forward with the aforementioned actions, when the original enquiry was a simple matter.

I can not thank Grace enough for her hard work and amazing personal skills.
