Sills & Betteridge LLP

Almost every part of our home purchase, Sills & Betteridge, Lincoln, was done online with just a few phone calls. I visited a Sills & Betteridge local branch, Spilsby, just once to sign some papers. I did deal with quite a few different team members, more than I wished for , however, all were on the ball. I will be using Sills and Betteridge again in the not so distance future, as my wife and I currenty have a property for sale.

One of the main points for me is their communications with us, we have been kept updated at regular intervals and their follow up work is prompt and efficient. I have dealt with Sills & Betteridge Lincoln with conveyancing 3 times now and been both on the selling and buying end, and have to say their knowledge, efficiency, attention to detail and effectiveness are second to none. Even when dealing with difference circumstances (eg. putting property into a trust), they surpassed 2 other reputable solicitors contacted for quotes in their understanding (and the only ones to actually give us correct information!) Super quick to answer any emails, always same day (even out of hours) and always answer the phone and their wise advice has undoubtedly saved us a lot of money over the years. Centrally located office with plenty of customer parking which is also appreciated.
