The overall experience was fine. Communication with our solicitor was excellent who responded as soon as we made any enquiries. Our only disappointment was the overall time it took for what should have been a relatively straightforward conveyance.

I could not recommend Sills and Betteridge enough! They have been fantastic. I understand that people sometimes are stressed with the process of buying a house, and waiting on responses etc, but I did not have this case at all, I was always responded to the same day and I was kept up to date with every part of the process, a wonderful experience and would definitely use their service again.
