After a very lengthy and stressful period of time, both of my cases have come to a close. I cannot thank Helen and her team enough, thier work has changed my life for the better, literally. Always on hand to talk, whether that be via email or call. Helen has the patience of a saint. Very professional, understanding and empathetic. I couldn't of got the results that we did without her. I used S&B for conveyancing following an offer being accepted on my first home. My solicitor Kim and her colleague Thomas were both extremely responsive and knowledgable throughout the process which put me at ease - no question was too silly from me which I appreciated. The fee was very reasonable and any additional costs were communicated (I only had one minor cost). I would recommend S&B to anyone looking for conveyancing sevices!

As an experience learning of the demise of McClure sol in 2021, the mess ex clients had to wade through, the costs Jones Whyte were looking to charge etc, was very upsetting and overwhelming. From my initial meeting with Anna I felt relieved to have met someone I had confidence in, to bring the matter to a successful conclusion. It was a long road to travel, due to ex trustee delaying tactics but Anna persevered and went the extra mile to get the win! Thank you.

Going by a phone call to return information the solicitor had asked for, the initial pick up from the woman answering was over riding, harsh, where her rude retort was absolutely nothing to do with my call. Incredibly personal and she was actually dealing with my mother’s house! Could not fault Thomas McConachie, extremely helpful in every way. His respectful manner and the gentle way in which he dealt with losing Mum obviously came from his own sense of good manners and not learned there

We saw Madi regarding the writing of our wills. She is very professional, she listened to our wishes and suggested additional inclusions which we had not considered previously. Madi explained our queries in a manner that any layman could understand and went through the will thoroughly to ensure that all our wishes were included. We would recommend her to friends and family.
