This is the 2nd time in 12 months we have worked with SB on a house sale with the latest being my late father’s property, and on both occasions their professionalism and delivery of service has been excellent. One of the main points for me is their communications with us, we have been kept updated at regular intervals and their follow up work is prompt and efficient. I would also like to personally thank Emma at Thorne SB, she is so helpful and her work has been so good. She has also been very understanding with this being a sale of our late fathers house, and even with her being on leave for the completion week she left instructions for the team at Thorne SB that ensured a smooth completion. Sills & Betteridge Solicitors are a great Solicitors firm. Reasonable prices too. Thomas McConachie has been absolutely amazing!! He was so helpful and supportive when appointed as my solicitor to sell my house. Always replied to emails in a timely manner. Easy to talk to on the phone. I would recommend Sills & Betteridge for Conveyancing. I just used their Thorne office to sell my parents rental property with the added complication of doing so with an LPA for my parents.
