I was selling a property as the Executor of a Will. Thomas and Emma both understood what I needed and were very professional in handling all my enquiries and those of the buyer's Solicitor. They were very responsive and made the process easy for me by involving their local office to gather/certify documents. Thank you for making the whole thing very simple and stress free.

I would recommend Sills & Betteridge for Conveyancing. I just used their Thorne office to sell my parents rental property with the added complication of doing so with an LPA for my parents. Very supportive and informative. Will use them again when we sell the second rental. Many thanks to Emma and Thomas.
